NFC tap-to-log
Pair a cheap NFC sticker with any counter, then stick it somewhere relevant: a pillbox, a water filter, a fridge. Tapping your phone against it logs that counter instantly, no app required.
Quitting mode
Turn on Quitting mode and your counter climbs for as long as you stay away from it. If you slip, logging a reset just starts the count again, with no penalty, no lost history, no shame.
